Summary: The Assistant Supply Chain Delivery Manager will support the Hard Service Supply Chain Delivery Manager in delivering services and supplies from Estates Supply Chain Partners. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, managing supplier relationships, and addressing operational challenges. The position requires strong operational knowledge and the ability to work on multiple complex projects across various locations. The role is hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Cardiff or other specified locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Hard Service Supply Chain Delivery Manager in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality services.
  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Produce reports and manage the Integrator CAFM system.
  • Support delivery performance and compliance with contracted services.
  • Engage with Category Management and Supply Chain Management teams for escalations.
  • Identify gaps in service and develop corrective actions with suppliers.
  • Drive resolution of overdue PPMs and remedials to minimize compliance risk.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in contractor service delivery management.
  • Understanding of CAFM systems and compliance data management.
  • Operational experience with hard/soft facilities management contracts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data presentation using Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Programme implementation.
  • Understanding of risk management strategies.
  • Ability to manage National or Multi Site Contracts.

Salary (Rate): £500
