Data Strategy PMO Analyst

Summary: The Data Strategy PMO Analyst role at USS involves managing the PMO for a complex Data Strategy & Architecture programme, focusing on governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery support. Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining governance documentation and compliance with change frameworks.
• Maintaining accurate record-keeping and document control.
• Facilitating key forums, including scheduling, circulation of materials, taking minutes, and monitoring actions.
• Maintaining and tracking the integrated programme plan and milestone tracker.
• Engaging with Workstream Leads to identify and support needs.
• Providing accurate and timely programme reporting, including status reports and executive updates.
• Tracking and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Tracking and managing resource allocation across the programme.
• Providing administrative support to the hiring and onboarding process.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable administrative experience in a demanding project environment.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks, PMO policies, processes, and procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English and presentational skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong competency within the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to engage with others.
• Experience in investment management sector and data strategy implementation projects (desirable).
