Summary: The Aseptic Services Quality Systems Administrator will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Aseptic Services Department, focusing on maintaining quality management systems and data management. The role involves inputting and extracting data from various systems to ensure compliance with financial and quality performance indicators. The successful candidate will assist the Quality Systems Manager and the senior management team, making independent judgments while collaborating with colleagues. Preference will be given to internal Trust staff and those with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage quality management data for documentation and reports.
- Monitor and maintain document control within the QMS system.
- Generate and analyze reports from the Aria chemotherapy prescribing system.
- Supervise and train new personnel on Q-Pulse and Aria systems.
- Compile data for production services capacity planning.
- Assist in validating new processes and work streams within Q-Pulse.
- Manage the Assets module within Q-Pulse, arranging maintenance as needed.
- Support the Quality Systems Manager in developing new processes and procedures.
Key Skills:
- GCSE grades A-C in English and Mathematics.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Quality Systems in a clinical setting.
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes.
- Experience in a healthcare environment (desirable).
