Summary: The ASB Case Manager will focus on addressing anti-social behaviour (ASB) within social housing communities by investigating cases, supporting victims, and enforcing actions. This role involves collaboration with police and community groups, as well as providing training on ASB legislation. The manager will also oversee a significant number of social housing properties while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve ASB, nuisance, and hate crime cases within social housing communities.
• Take ownership of a caseload of ASB cases, supporting victims and enforcing appropriate actions.
• Act as the lead officer for hate crime and domestic abuse cases, ensuring proper intervention and support.
• Provide training on ASB legislation, policies, and best practices to internal teams and external partners.
• Work closely with police, community groups, and partner agencies to prevent and reduce ASB.
• Gather evidence, prepare witness statements, and attend court when required.
• Oversee the administration and management of approximately 2,800 social housing properties.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws, safeguarding procedures, and data protection policies.
