Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver the Monthly Cost Report.
- Manage and process Applications for Payment.
- Compile and present the Cost Value Reconciliation (CvR) report.
- Generate and maintain the Bookings Report.
- Interrogate and analyse project costs.
- Develop and update the Weekly Dashboard.
- Collaborate with the Change Control Team to support and underpin claims.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in an estimator role.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with NEC forms of contract.
- Demonstrated ability to present data effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
- Reactive and adaptable to changing project needs.
