Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent packaging practices for application deployment across systems.
- Verify application compatibility with hardware and software configurations.
- Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline the packaging process.
- Document packaging processes, configurations, and versioning information.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and rectify issues with packaged applications.
- Implement security best practices during the packaging process.
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of packaged applications, including updates and version control.
Key Skills:
- Application Packaging - Windows.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 Gold Image.
- Familiarity with packaging tools such as MSI, APP-V Sequencer, and Flexera Admin Studio.
- Knowledge of deployment tools like Ivanti Endpoint Manager and App-V Publisher.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and VBScript.
- Experience with Microsoft FSLogix and Office 365.
- Understanding of MSIX Application Layering Technologies.
