Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain recruitment documentation

- Track and move candidates through the recruitment pipeline
- Conduct interviews when needed and learn talent evaluation techniques

- Ensure recruitment data accuracy and maintain a smooth candidate experience

- Update and manage our Zoho CRM system
- Conduct competitor research and identify sales trends
- Qualify leads and support the sales team with research

- Nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Manage lead information in CRM systems
- Attend and shadow sales calls, gaining firsthand experience
- Develop engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Schedule posts, respond to comments, and build online communities
- Design graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials
- Assist in social media management and optimisation
- Build relationships with universities and student groups
- Assist in planning and hosting career fairs, workshops, and events
- Plan and manage events using Zoho, Backstage, and Eventbrite
- Check in with mentees and track their progress
- Conduct introduction calls and encourage event participation
