Summary: Enterprise Healthcare client is seeking an Application Development Senior Advisor to join their team in Franklin, Tennessee. The role requires a motivated individual with experience in application development to provide ongoing support and resolve production issues. Candidates with a background in PeopleSoft CRM and healthcare experience are preferred. This is a contract position with a focus on collaboration with offshore teams and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in application development
- Provides on-going support for the applications
- Debugging, fix production issues
- Replicate issues in lower environment to support offshore
- Work with offshore on fixes, testing and users
- Apply creative ways to address the issues permanently
- Release/post release support (after hours)
- Works closely with users, client and IT management
- Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution.
- May code new or modified programs, reuse existing code via the use of program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions.
- Documents, tests, implements and provide on-going support for the applications.
- Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
