Summary: The Associate Cybersecurity Program Management Specialist will support the delivery of Enterprise Cybersecurity services for a healthcare client, focusing on tracking and reporting managed services. This remote role involves collaboration with internal teams and external customers to enhance cybersecurity processes and metrics. The specialist will assist in developing service catalogs, maturity models, and operational procedures while ensuring effective service delivery. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge and organizational skills to manage tasks independently and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist leadership with development and maintenance of the firm's Cybersecurity service catalog
  • Assist leadership with development and maintenance of cybersecurity RACI models
  • Assist leadership with development of Enterprise cybersecurity maturity models and heat maps
  • Provides support and coordination of issue escalations related to firm's cybersecurity managed services
  • Create presentations and reports outlining Information Security plans and processes
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the Information Security metrics program
  • Develop workflow documentation for managed services support
  • Ensure cybersecurity managed services are delivered effectively and timely
  • Provide input to drive process improvements
  • Maintain and create operational procedures and Security Knowledge Base
  • Assist with coordinating and driving business case development
  • Assist with developing and coordinating customer survey and report analysis

Key Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Professional experience in Cybersecurity
  • Associate Cybersecurity Specialist Program Management: GSEC* or Security+ (upon 180 days if converted to FTE)
  • Working knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems
  • Demonstrated organizational skills

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Associate Cybersecurity Program Management Specialist - Remote for a contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare services clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role will be remote.


Responsibilities :
The Associate Cybersecurity Program Management Specialist assists in tracking and reporting Enterprise Cybersecurity Managed Services to key stakeholders throughout the firm Enterprise. The specialist will work with multiple managed service customers and internal cybersecurity teams to ensure the effective delivery of Enterprise Cybersecurity services.

  • Assist leadership with development and maintenance of the firm's Cybersecurity service catalog
  • Assist leadership with development and maintenance of cybersecurity RACI models
  • Assist leadership with development of Enterprise cybersecurity maturity models and heat maps
  • Provides support and coordination of issue escalations related to firm's cybersecurity managed services
  • In conjunction with leaders, process owners, and subject matter experts, create presentation and reports outlining Information Security plans, processes, key initiatives, and other information that may require formal communication and distribution to a variety of different audiences.
  • Assist leadership and senior team members in the development and maintenance of the Information Security metrics program including the ongoing tracking and reporting of Key Goal Indicators, Key Performance Indicators, Key Risk Indicators, and other operational metrics that enable effective monitoring of the security program's maturity.
  • Develop workflow documentation for managed services support.
  • Assist leadership with Ensuring cybersecurity managed services are being delivered in an effective and timely manner.

  • Must have understanding of database security and be proficient with the use of tools used to administer security within the various databases, e.g., UDB, DB2, SQL and Oracle

Preferred Skills:
