Summary: We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with over 12 years of experience in creating and implementing enterprise-level AI and ML solutions. The candidate should possess extensive knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, along with a strong background in MLOps and Cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for complex business problems.
- Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build and optimize Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI-powered chatbots.
- Lead model development lifecycle, including data preparation, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
- Establish MLOps practices for model monitoring, versioning, governance, and automation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to define AI strategies.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 12+ years of software development and AI/ML engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and LLMs.
