Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate purchase orders for electrical and mechanical components, tooling, MRO supplies, and raw materials.
- Place purchase orders in an ISO environment using the company's ERP system.
- Assist in the accounting review of invoices and packing slips.
- Interview and consult with suppliers to determine supply capabilities and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of products and services.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage heavy daily contact with vendors.
- Previous ERP experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to conduct precise and detailed communications.
- Technical knowledge for sourcing or identifying components with incomplete information.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in electrical controls is preferred.

You will ensure coordination with internal departments and assure the timely execution of products and services.

- Initiate purchase orders as required for electrical and mechanical components, perishable tooling, MRO supplies, raw materials, and general job shop needs.
- Place purchase orders in an ISO environment using the company's ERP system.
- Assist in the accounting review of invoices and packing slips.
- Interview and consult with current and prospective suppliers to determine supply capabilities and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of products and services.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr.
