Summary: The Agile Project Manager will lead a cross-functional Scrum team in Galway, Ireland, focusing on Agile practices and processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency. This role requires a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) to guide the team in Agile methodologies and ensure effective sprint execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage Agile behaviors and reinforce practices within the Scrum team.
• Lead and coordinate logistics for Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure all work is tracked in the backlog and balanced across team members.
• Maintain and update the Squad's process metrics and artifacts.
• Identify team improvement opportunities and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
• Act as a partner with the Scrum Master leading teams.

Key Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
• Understanding of JIRA/Kanban boards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
