Summary: As a Senior Program Manager for Fleet Marketing, you will innovate and implement scalable van marketing programs across the UK and EU, managing vendor relationships and operational processes. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with various teams and effective management of performance indicators to meet key deadlines. You will also be responsible for driving improvements and efficiencies in marketing operations. This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct, supervise, and control the execution of business, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program in the UK and EU
• Develop capabilities to execute and improve van marketing initiatives worldwide
• Manage complex marketing installation activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive planning, resolution, and execution with their team
• Define and measure internal and external performance standards
• Deliver features and services to drive continuous value to customers
• Monitor and report on the progress of all activity within the program area
• Work with internal and external stakeholders in Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, and Operations

Key Skills:

• 5 years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Expert in Excel's analysis tools, including VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH
• Bachelor's degree
• UK Driver’s license
• 2 years of driving process improvement experience (preferred)
• Capable of creating advanced charts and using forecast & trend tools in Excel (preferred)
• Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields (preferred)
