Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager role is a temporary position requiring a 3-month commitment, primarily focused on managing agile delivery for software projects. The successful candidate will act as a scrum master for one or two squads, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as scrum master for one or two squads consisting of engineers and testers.
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the delivery of complex software changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with squad members and key stakeholders.
• Utilize the Atlassian toolset, including JIRA and Confluence.

Key Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, particularly scrum.
• Proven track record in managing software delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
