Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Partner with product managers and delivery teams to define priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and maintain requirements using Jira and Confluence.
- Support Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
- Translate complex requirements into clear deliverables and support UAT and implementation.
Key Skills:
- Active SC Clearance (essential).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with product management practices and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Background in Email or Messaging system transformation.
