Summary: The ADSEO Quality Assurance role at TikTok focuses on maintaining high performance standards within the Trust & Safety team, ensuring the online community's safety through effective moderation and quality assurance practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high performance standards across relevant projects and develop best practice models.
• Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards.
• Work closely with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates and facilitate communication.
• Perform daily audits and provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective teams.
• Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SME and management teams.
• Conduct regular RCA escalations through the relevant process.
• Identify and assess areas for performance improvement and deliver solutions proactively.
• Participate in or lead policy briefings ensuring consistency with local conditions.
• Support or backfill temporary gaps in market support as needed.
• Assist in developing onboarding training SOPs and materials.
• Perform regular queue moderation and participate in knowledge quizzes.
• Design and implement a training plan according to the timeline.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
• Broad understanding of business needs and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with the business logic of labeling and upstream/downstream team operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for effective communication.
• Ability to collaborate with a broad range of XFN partners.
• Fast learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a short video product user industry preferred.
• Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and machine learning concepts.
• Strong presentation, cross-cultural communication, and interpersonal skills.
