Summary: The Conference Administrator role is a part-time position requiring 33 working days, with a start date of September 1, 2025, and an end date of November 17, 2025. The role involves managing speaker changes, collecting information, producing onsite materials, and performing general administrative tasks to support conference delivery. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office per week, based in Brighton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing speaker changes and cancellations as well as updating information on our online agenda and on-site documents
- Helping to collect missing information (eg headshots, mobile telephone numbers, presentation titles), and follow-up emails
- Producing onsite holding slides
- Other general administrative tasks in support of the conference delivery
Key Skills:
- Several years solid administrative experience
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication abilities.
