Key Responsibilities:
- Financial administration for Technology, including requesting quotes, assessing pricing, seeking Capex approvals, Purchase Order management, and goods receipting.
- Maintain and manage the contracts register, advising contract owners of renewal dates, T&C changes, and costs/renewal quotes.
- Perform other general administration tasks or activities and support other team members when needed.

About The Role
As an Administrator in our Tech department, you will ensure smooth and efficient contract renewals, Purchase Order management and receipting, licence management, and general office administration tasks. The role’s key area of focus for 2025 is to provide technical stability and great IT customer service to our teams as the business undergoes significant growth. Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis – 2-3 days per week on site.
Compensation – competitive salary, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare, 26 days leave annually
