Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role at RSR involves supporting the Senior Manager in implementing strategic improvements and leading transformational initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of digital transformation, process improvements, and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to uncover trends and provide strategic insights.
• Create reports and presentations that translate complex findings into actionable insights.
• Ensure analysis deliverables meet quality standards and manage approval processes.
• Act as the primary liaison with external vendors for system design changes.
• Identify and assess risks, issues, and opportunities within projects and processes.
• Lead the creation of business cases aligned with organizational strategy.
• Establish processes to monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions.
• Manage and support a team of Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
• Support senior leaders in executing change initiatives and strategic planning.

Key Skills:

• Educated to QCF level 6 or equivalent work experience.
• Professional qualification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS International Diploma).
• Extensive analytical expertise.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Significant experience with complex digital transformation projects.
• Experience in team management and staff development.
