Summary: An exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Director has emerged at a renowned agency in Manchester, where the individual will oversee the execution of integrated campaigns and projects for a top client. The role demands extensive project management expertise in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex projects across various digital platforms. The Project Director will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction. This position is a freelance contract for three months, offering a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of integrated projects, consistently achieving top-quality results and high client satisfaction.
  • Anticipate challenges, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure flawless execution of creative initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, providing strategic advice and resolving complex issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders to execute cross-functional campaigns.
  • Work alongside creative, technical, and commercial teams to develop innovative production solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage content localisation and transcreation across multiple languages and regions.
  • Optimise project workflows, task prioritisation, approval processes, and quality control.
  • Report project progress to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and profitability.
  • Scope new projects and prepare associated budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans.
  • Interpret client briefs and maintain effective communication with creative teams.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering projects such as videos, websites, marketing and dynamic digital advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of the digital landscape and creative production processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage intricate projects.
  • Skilled at managing client expectations and timelines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work independently and drive projects forward.
