Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of integrated projects, consistently achieving top-quality results and high client satisfaction.
- Anticipate challenges, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure flawless execution of creative initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, providing strategic advice and resolving complex issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute cross-functional campaigns.
- Work alongside creative, technical, and commercial teams to develop innovative production solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage content localisation and transcreation across multiple languages and regions.
- Optimise project workflows, task prioritisation, approval processes, and quality control.
- Report project progress to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and profitability.
- Scope new projects and prepare associated budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans.
- Interpret client briefs and maintain effective communication with creative teams.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in delivering projects such as videos, websites, marketing and dynamic digital advertising campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of the digital landscape and creative production processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage intricate projects.
