You ll support 3rd Party Publishers using the Client Help Centre (HC), ensuring a smooth financial experience from setup to payments. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of publisher accounting and involves liaising with various stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Royalty Accountants and Accounts Payable to onboard new Publishers.Handle inquiries from Publishers, including suspensions, title transfers, and payment analysis.Continuously evaluate and improve royalty processing, driving efficiencies.Take on special projects and provide support to the broader Royalty Team as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Accountant or Financial Analyst, ideally within the gaming or media sector.Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills, able to work with finance professionals and non-finance stakeholders.Experience with SAP and Business Objects is a plus.Please either Click Apply or send your CV to rsingh@outsource-uk.co.uk
