Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing of cresting orders for Region South in the new ERP system.
• Minimize the impact on the cresting business during the system transition.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Golf Cresting inquiries in Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal.
• Collaborate with customer services and sales teams on cresting orderbook preparation and processing.
• Ensure all cresting order instructions are complete and communicated to vendors accurately.
• Respond to vendor queries in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly calls with vendors to plan orders and discuss capacity issues and urgent requests.
• Run daily/weekly reports on the cresting business, highlighting potential issues to management.
