Summary: The Account Operations Specialist (Golf) role at adidas Europe involves managing the Golf Cresting business during a transition to a new ERP system. The role is based in the Basingstoke Head office, which serves as the European Golf Hub, and focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction during the transition period. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of cresting orders for Region South in the new ERP system.
- Minimize the impact on the cresting business during the system transition.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Golf Cresting inquiries in Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal.
- Collaborate with customer services and sales teams on cresting orderbook preparation and processing.
- Ensure all cresting order instructions are complete and communicated to vendors accurately.
- Respond to vendor queries in a timely manner.
- Attend weekly calls with vendors to plan orders and discuss capacity issues and urgent requests.
- Run daily/weekly reports on the cresting business, highlighting potential issues to management.
