Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative support across various services within Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance.
- Handle queries from GP practices, healthcare providers, professionals, patients, and the public professionally.
- Manage difficult callers and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist with postal services and deliver packs to patients' homes as needed.
- Monitor and action emails and calls received in shared mailboxes and admin phones.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the recruitment of new staff members and manage shift advertisements and applications.
- Set up and update clinics on clinical systems (EMIS) and manage patient appointments.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of patient and service-related records.
- Request patient feedback to evaluate service performance.
- Support and train non-clinical staff on clinical systems.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings relevant to the role.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory replenishment.
- Identify and address faults and gaps in processes.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, policies, and GDPR.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Be flexible to work various shifts as needed.
