Summary: The Account Manager role focuses on managing client relationships and delivering learning and development programs in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client relationships and manage project portfolios to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide clear status updates and conduct well-prepared meetings with stakeholders.
  • Draft and refine materials for change management and learning & development programs.
  • Coordinate training sessions by liaising with clients and facilitators.
  • Support marketing campaigns, social media, and new business proposals.
  • Handle invoicing, CRM updates, and general project documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in client-facing account management in L&D, change management, or employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools, LMS platforms, Office 365, and AI tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented mindset focused on efficiency and improvements.
  • Commercial awareness in managing budgets and identifying business opportunities.
