Summary: The Account Manager role focuses on managing client relationships and delivering learning and development programs in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Own client relationships and manage project portfolios to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide clear status updates and conduct well-prepared meetings with stakeholders.
- Draft and refine materials for change management and learning & development programs.
- Coordinate training sessions by liaising with clients and facilitators.
- Support marketing campaigns, social media, and new business proposals.
- Handle invoicing, CRM updates, and general project documentation.
Key Skills:
- Experience in client-facing account management in L&D, change management, or employee engagement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project planning tools, LMS platforms, Office 365, and AI tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

- Commercial awareness in managing budgets and identifying business opportunities.
