Key Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals and upsells from quote to payment using Salesforce CRM and internal billing systems
- Build strong relationships and act as the trusted point of contact for your accounts
- Identify high-risk customers and develop retention plans to keep them happy
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers on account reviews
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and online meetings
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and produce timely reports
- Qualify your accounts to identify and maximise upsell opportunities
