Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts focusing on retention, growth, and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities and shape custom-built offerings across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Network Security.
- Drive customer strategy, engagement, and delivery with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Meet customers face-to-face to build partnerships.
- Lead account development, grow the pipeline, achieve KPIs, and update CRM for accurate forecasting.
- Build strong relationships at all levels, from operational leads to senior executives.
- Partner with service teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years proven success in Managed LAN and WAN solution sales.
- Knowledge of the MSP/ISP space and enterprise-level conversations.
- Vendor expertise in Cisco, Meraki, Extreme, Fortinet (or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Network Security products (e.g., Firewalls or NAC).
- Track record of owning and closing complex strategic opportunities.
- Experience engaging and influencing at C-level with polished presentations.
- Commercial mindset with understanding of outcome-based selling and IT Managed services.
- Formal sales training (SPIN, Miller Heiman, Elevator Pitch models, etc.).
- Ability to drive and pass BPSS clearance checks.

What you’ll be doing as our Account Director
- Own the Big Wins - Manage a portfolio of key accounts focusing on retention, growth, and long-term success.
- Create Tailored Solutions - Identify opportunities and shape custom-built offerings across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Network Security.
- Lead from the Front - Drive customer strategy, engagement, and delivery, all with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Show Up and Stand Out - Meet customers face-to-face - we believe in building partnerships, not just pipelines.
- Drive Strategic Growth - Lead account development, grow your pipeline, achieve KPI's and update our CRM to deliver accurate, insightful forecasting.
- Navigate with Influence - Build strong relationships at every level, from day-to-day operational leads to senior executives in the boardroom.
- Deliver Excellence - Partner with service teams to ensure execution is seamless and customer satisfaction stays high.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years proven success in Managed LAN and WAN solution sales
- You know the MSP/ISP space and thrive on enterprise-level conversations

- A track record of owning and closing complex strategic opportunities, including multi-year managed service contracts and formal bid processes
- Experience engaging and influencing at C - level with the ability to deliver polished, persuasive boardroom presentations
- A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of outcome-based selling and IT Managed services within data networking
- Formal sales training (SPIN, Miller Heiman, Elevator Pitch models etc)
- The ability to drive and pass BPSS clearance checks
What you'll get
- Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 + double OTE (uncapped!) + Car Allowance
