We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to be an integral part of our busy Housing Solutions Team by overseeing the temporary accommodation provision in the Service. You will be responsible for arranging placements for clients who are will be placed into temporary accommodation as part of the Council’s Statutory duties under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. You will also be responsible for managing all recording of information related to Temporary Accommodation placements across the service area. You should have experience of working in a busy and pressurised customer facing role. Knowledge of the relevant homelessness legislation, and experience of partnership working would be desirable.
