Summary: The role of IT Support Analyst involves providing 1st and 2nd line service desk and desktop support for a leading business in Chippenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing support tickets, troubleshooting software issues, and managing Active Directory tasks. Initially, the position requires full on-site presence, with the possibility of remote work later in the assignment. Engagement is through an umbrella company only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing support tickets and triaging issues
  • Providing desktop support for M365 and Windows 11
  • Managing Active Directory tasks including joiners/leavers account creation and deletion
  • Troubleshooting software issues
  • Providing application support with knowledge of JIRA

Key Skills:

  • Experience in 1st and 2nd line desktop or service desk support
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of M365 and Windows 11
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Proficiency in JIRA

Salary (Rate): £300
