Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interim finance services to clients, focusing on project-based accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with client finance teams, either on-site or remotely.
• Prepare half and full-year-end accounts and manage audit liaison.
• Handle group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Ensure financial reporting compliance under IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or international GAAP.
• Prepare year-end statutory accounts and audits.

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified member of a professional accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in a company with an annual turnover of over £50m, preferably within a listed FTSE business.
• Proficient in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP).
• Experience in group accounts consolidation and intercompany accounting.
