Summary: The role of Zoho Platform Specialist involves customizing and enhancing the use of the Zoho suite of applications within a fast-paced start-up environment. The successful candidate will improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and provide technical support and training across teams. This position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise in Zoho to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customise and manage the full suite of Zoho applications with a strong focus on Zoho Analytics
- Design and implement automated workflows, business rules and approval processes across various modules
- Build and maintain custom applications in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting
- Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks and tools like Zapier
- Create custom dashboards, reports and analytics to support data-driven decisions across Teams
- Ensure system data integrity, consistency and security across all Zoho platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support and resolutions
- Deliver user training, onboarding and documentation to ensure successful adoption of Zoho tools
- Stay current with Zoho’s new features and updates, recommending enhancements where applicable
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with multiple Zoho applications
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho’s automation capabilities
- Experience building custom applications in Zoho Creator
- Proficient in creating and managing API integrations and third-party connections
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to align them with system capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to train and support end-users at various technical levels
- Zoho certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role working with Zoho products
- Python experience preferred
