Summary: The Zero Trust Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting a major cybersecurity initiative by analyzing outcomes from workshops and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to document and present findings clearly. The analyst will work collaboratively with project teams to enhance cybersecurity capabilities within the organization. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with workshop participants to validate and clarify inputs.
  • Summarize outputs, highlighting recurring risks, challenges, and key themes.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent documentation and integrate findings into the Zero Trust roadmap.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Present findings and updates using tools like PowerPoint.
  • Flag risks or blockers to relevant project leads in a timely manner.
  • Work independently to manage deliverables and deadlines.
  • Liaise with project managers and technical teams to ensure program alignment.
  • Support wider Zero Trust program activities as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, project coordination, or program support.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation creation.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, particularly Zero Trust.
