We’re hiring a YouTube Producer to help shape and deliver a premium factual entertainment series fronted by high-profile talent. This is a fast-paced, YouTube-first production — so we’re looking for someone who genuinely understands what keeps audiences watching online. Hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, social culture, reaction moments… this role sits right in the middle of all of it. The format blends studio discussion, internet culture, viral social content, humour and deeper factual storytelling into highly engaging longform episodes built specifically for YouTube audiences.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for helping shape episodes editorially from script through to shoot. This includes:
