Key Responsibilities:

- Writing conversational scripts, hooks and transitions
- Researching stories, trends, viral moments and audience talking points
- Planning shoots and producing filming days
- Working closely with on-screen talent to help conversations feel natural, informed and entertaining
- Preparing demos, props, visual beats and social assets ahead of filming
- Thinking practically about how episodes are filmed efficiently across multiple shoots
- Collaborating closely with editorial, production and post teams

We’re hiring a YouTube Producer to help shape and deliver a premium factual entertainment series fronted by high-profile talent. This is a fast-paced, YouTube-first production — so we’re looking for someone who genuinely understands what keeps audiences watching online. Hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, social culture, reaction moments… this role sits right in the middle of all of it. The format blends studio discussion, internet culture, viral social content, humour and deeper factual storytelling into highly engaging longform episodes built specifically for YouTube audiences.
The Role
