Summary: The Young People Support Worker role involves providing frontline support to young individuals aged 16-21 in a supported living environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-2-1 support to young people in a home environment.
  • Support young people in enhancing their independent living skills.
  • Tailor person-centred action plans based on identified needs.
  • Offer guidance and support to empower young people towards independence.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and support files for each young person.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in supported living or social housing.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts.
  • Full UK Driver’s License and access to a vehicle preferred.
  • Current Enhanced DBS covering Child and Adult workforce.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary (Rate): 19.00
