Summary: The Young People Support Worker role involves providing frontline support to young individuals aged 16-21 in a supported living environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-2-1 support to young people in a home environment.
- Support young people in enhancing their independent living skills.
- Tailor person-centred action plans based on identified needs.
- Offer guidance and support to empower young people towards independence.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and support files for each young person.
Key Skills:
- Experience in supported living or social housing.
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts.
- Full UK Driver’s License and access to a vehicle preferred.
- Current Enhanced DBS covering Child and Adult workforce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
