Spencer Clarke Group are delighted to be working with a lovely primary school in Thornton-Cleveleys, who are seeking an enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from January 2026 through to the end of the academic year (July 2026).

The Role

• Full classroom responsibilities for a Year 5 class (planning, teaching, and assessment).
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence.
• Work collaboratively with parallel teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its positive ethos.

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs and experienced teachers welcome.
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
• A proactive, positive and reflective teaching style.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
