Summary: The Xero Consultant will be responsible for leading client onboarding, migrations, and ongoing optimization of the Xero platform within a UK market-leading legal organization. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver training and scalable solutions in a client-facing environment. The position is initially for a 3-6 month contract with a focus on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients. The consultant will also troubleshoot complex issues and improve processes related to Xero usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end Xero implementations and migrations, ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding experience
- Advising clients on Xero best practices, workflows, and effective platform usage
- Designing and delivering Xero training for internal teams, including Customer Success, Onboarding, and Operations
- Acting as the escalation point for complex Xero-related queries from internal teams
- Troubleshooting and resolving advanced issues across Xero, including integrations and workflows
- Identifying recurring issues and proactively improving processes, documentation, and training materials
- Creating scalable resources (eg guides, videos, FAQs) to reduce repeat queries
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Operations teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency
Key Skills:
- The successful Xero Consultant will have proven experience implementing and supporting Xero in a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrable experience leading Xero implementations, migrations, and client onboarding
- Xero certification or equivalent deep, hands-on experience is essential
- Strong track record of implementing Xero for small business clients
- Experience supporting clients through full Xero setup and migrations from Legacy systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Xero-related issues
- Experience delivering structured training to internal or external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify patterns and implement scalable improvements
Salary (Rate): £500 daily
