  • Proficiency in engineering software such as OrcaFlex, Bladed, and Fast.
  • Familiarity with MS365.
  • UK passport holder.

I am searching for a WTG Principal Engineer to join them in Kingston upon Thames on a 12 month (Extendable) Outside IR35 contact. This will be on a Floating and Fixed wind structure design. Hybrid working set up

Role

As Principal Engineer you will report to the Floating ILA Engineering Manager within the Offshore Wind business line. You will be responsible for all activities related to turbine design and interface with turbine OEM in offshore wind.

Education : Chartered Engineer (Engineering Degree - Aeronautical degree preferred)

Experience : 10-15 years in design for offshore wind covering both floating and fixed wind substructures

Technical skills : codes and standards, including DNV and IEC, turbine design, WTG

IT skills : engineering software (OrcaFlex, Bladed, Fast) and MS365
