Exciting Opportunity!
The All Age Disability Team in Wrexham is seeking two Qualified Social Workers to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. This role offers an opportunity to work within a supportive environment that values peer collaboration and professional growth.
About the Role:
You will work predominantly with adults in accordance with the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014. Experience working with children or young people in transition would be a significant advantage.

Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with a valid registration.
Experience working with adults and knowledge of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014.
Ideally, experience working with children or young people in transition.
A full driving license and ability to travel for work.
