Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology and business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the transformation objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery teams, central functions, and business stakeholders to drive value and collaboration.
  • Ensure successful transition of solutions into service, meeting operational, compliance, and business readiness requirements.
  • Manage cross-product dependencies and external interfaces to ensure seamless delivery and operational alignment.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to shape and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring delivery is aligned with business priorities.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading complex delivery initiatives in agile and hybrid environments.
  • Strong track record of delivering medium to large-scale business and technology change projects.
  • Deep understanding of IT service management, ITIL, and SIAM frameworks (ideally of ServiceNow).
  • Experience managing project financials, including capex/opex structures and cost tracking.
  • Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Workstream Lead - ServiceNow - 8 Months Contract - Inside IR35

My large UK based client is looking for Workstream Lead on a large Transformation Programme to modernise and align my client's service management capabilities with ITIL and SIAM principles. As a Workstream Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional delivery teams to realise key workstream outcomes. You'll be instrumental in building delivery capability within the value stream and ensuring that solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with SSE's strategic goals.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
