Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define and oversee data governance, data modeling, and architecture best practices to ensure high-quality data solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of big data technologies, ETL pipelines, data lakes, and real-time processing frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements within financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Establish and refine project governance frameworks, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating data concepts into actionable insights for decision-makers.
