Workstream Delivery Lead

Summary: The role of Workstream Delivery Lead at AWE involves managing HR workstreams and overseeing HR projects to ensure timely and effective delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR Workstreams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of project milestones.
• Oversee HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Engage with trade unions to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
• Drive HR transformation initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, HR teams, and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance HR service delivery.
