Lorien's leading Public Utility company is looking for a Workplace Service Coordinator within the Workplace Services section of E&M & Property Services, working in Glasgow.
This position may require working from other locations to support the service offering of Workplace.
The Workplace Service Team play a key role in creating a Great Place to Work and is the first point of contact for visitors and contractors to our main buildings.
As a Workplace Service Coordinator you will be involved in all aspects of office security, working towards zero harm, wellbeing, health and safety and general office duties including mail services, deliveries, supporting events, provision of goods and services to all office and depots.
Workplace work closely in the supporting of our contracts which includes micro markets, cleaning and waste management but also with our Capital team within E&M & Property Services during upgrades and refurbishments of buildings.
Key Skills and Experience
- We are looking for a highly motivated focused, customer service individual who can work effectively on their own or as part of a team within a changing environment.
- A full driving licence is required due to potential travel to support our hybrid working offices and depots within the SW geographical area. (Own transport not required).
