Summary: As a Workplace Operator at Paragon's Client Partner, a prominent Law Firm in Holburn, you will enhance the working experience of employees by ensuring efficient access to services like Records Management and Distribution Services. Your role involves supporting the development of automated and productive business processes within a collaborative environment. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanence, requiring flexible shift work from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support in various service areas as required, including Mail, Couriers, Meeting Room setups, Goods in, Records, and admin.
  • Work flexibly in any service area as needed, on a rota and ad-hoc basis.
  • Ensure relevant Service Levels are met.
  • Maintain accuracy when recording data or financial information, whether electronically or in hard copy.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service in all client interactions.
  • Engage positively and professionally with clients.
  • Support colleagues and work as a team to achieve optimal results for clients.
  • Comply with health and safety and site operational procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Couriers/Mailroom/Porterage/Logistics/Goods is desired.

Job Summary As Workplace Operator you will work collaboratively with our clients to deliver the future of agile, connected and high performing workplace. Working for Paragon's Client Partner, a well-established Law Firm based in Holburn, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless access to a range of services such as Records Management and Distribution Services. The Workplace operator will be responsible to improve the day to day working experience of our clients’ employees by ensuring an agile, connected and high performing workplace. Your role will be to support with development that brings automation, productivity and efficiency to business processes. This is a 12 Month FTC (With possibility to become Permanent) Hours: Monday - Friday, Shift rotation weekly between 8am - 7pm

Key Responsibilities To be responsible for providing operational support in any service area as and when required. Services will include Mail, Couriers, Meeting Room set ups, Goods in, Records and admin.
