Summary: The Workforce Resource Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting a high-performing Customer Support organization by collaborating with senior stakeholders to manage demand, allocate resources, and oversee supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and Hiring Managers to understand resourcing needs
- Coordinate suppliers/EoR partners to mobilise contingent talent
- Manage capacity planning, allocation and workforce optimisation
- Track budget commitments, progress, risks and delivery timelines
- Produce clear reporting and stakeholder updates (regional/global)
Key Skills:
- Experience in workforce/resource planning, operations or delivery coordination
- Strong stakeholder + supplier management (including negotiation)
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving
- Comfortable presenting updates to varied seniority levels
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, analysis or decision-making
