Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and Hiring Managers to understand resourcing needs
  • Coordinate suppliers/EoR partners to mobilise contingent talent
  • Manage capacity planning, allocation and workforce optimisation
  • Track budget commitments, progress, risks and delivery timelines
  • Produce clear reporting and stakeholder updates (regional/global)

Key Skills:

  • Experience in workforce/resource planning, operations or delivery coordination
  • Strong stakeholder + supplier management (including negotiation)
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving
  • Comfortable presenting updates to varied seniority levels
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, analysis or decision-making

Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (PAYE, Inside IR35)
Contract: 12 months, with potential to conversion to permanent
