Gather updates from Programme Managers, Team Leads, and suppliers to keep capacity and capability data current. Manage Excel-based datasets and support integration with Power BI and Power Automate workflows. Prepare dashboards and MI reports in Excel and Power BI to support Finance, HR, PMO, and Resource Management. Maintain organisational charts and process maps in Visio; track resource movements and support governance activities. Provide timely and reliable data for forecasting, reconciliation, and supplier oversight while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
