Summary: The Programme Workforce Planning Analyst role involves supporting resource allocation and consultancy outputs within a major utilities client's Transformation & Major Projects Directorate. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand project resourcing needs and track performance data. The role emphasizes building relationships, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. This is a hybrid position based in Warwick, with a focus on strategic workforce planning and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with MPD and workstream teams to ensure requirements are delivered.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to gain insight into strategic workforce planning and resource needs.
  • Support the deployment of skills and facilitate exit strategies within the MPD team.
  • Collaborate with Managed Service Providers/third parties to deploy resources efficiently.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on performance data.
  • Provide support for project-related activities, including resource allocation and budget tracking.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately.
  • Drive RAID management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of Major Programme Delivery tools and best practices.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new joiners.
