Summary: The Workday Test Manager will oversee the testing strategy and implementation for a financial services business in London, ensuring effective testing processes within the Workday implementation programme. This role requires proven experience with Workday and strong leadership skills to manage testing activities and defect resolution. The position is a contract role lasting until the end of 2025, with a hybrid working arrangement of two days a week in the office. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the overall approach, strategy, and oversight for all aspects of testing within the Workday implementation programme.
• Define and implement test strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage defect prioritization, resolution, and escalation.
• Produce relevant test completion reports.
• Support environment planning to ensure all relevant systems are ready for testing.
• Adhere to data governance and change governance frameworks for traceability.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills, including attention to detail and time management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through excellent written and verbal skills.
