Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end testing strategy for a global Workday rollout.
- Managing all testing activities across Workday HCM and Financials.
- Coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management.
- Creating and overseeing test scenarios, scripts and execution plans.
- Managing defects and reporting through JIRA.
- Working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners and project teams.
- Providing leadership, governance and quality assurance across all testing activities.
Key Skills:
- Significant experience as a Workday Test Lead.
- Background in Workday HCM (HR) implementations.

We are currently looking for an experienced Workday Test Lead to join a major global Workday programme commencing in mid-July.
This role will play a critical part in delivering testing across a large-scale Workday HR and Financials implementation, leading testing strategy, execution and governance throughout the programme lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
