Summary: The Workday Technical Architect role involves defining and delivering solutions that align with the platform's mission and roadmap. The role is based on-site in Luton for two days a week and is expected to last between 6 to 12 months. The pay is inside IR35, with a maximum rate of £555 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation

- Experience designing Workday integrations and analytics
- Proven track record in Workday solution architecture
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of HR systems and architecture governance
- Aviation industry experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic environments
