Summary: The role of Workday Technical Architect involves collaborating with a Workday Platform team to define solutions that align with the platform's mission and roadmap. This position requires a strong background in Workday modules and architecture, with a focus on delivering effective solutions. The role is a six-month contract, requiring two days a week onsite in Luton and the remainder remotely, classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Workday Platform team to define solutions.
- Work on Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning.
- Develop Workday reporting and analytics.
- Design integrations to/from Workday with third-party systems.
- Architect Workday solutions and deliver solution blueprints and design artifacts.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in engagements.
- Gain control and run solution design within the Platform Organisation.
- Understand the Architecture Review Board and Technical Design Assurance process.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Workday modules (Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Learning).
- Experience in developing Workday reporting and analytics.
- Experience in designing integrations to/from Workday.
- Strong Workday background with proven TA experience in the HR domain.
- Proven track record in architecting Workday solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in previous engagements.
- Ability to quickly gain control and run solution design.
- Understanding of Architecture Review Board and Technical Design Assurance process.
