Summary: Our client is seeking a Workday Technical Architect to collaborate with the Workday Platform team in defining solutions that align with the platform's mission and roadmap. The role involves a hybrid working arrangement, with two days onsite in Luton and the remainder remote, on a six-month contract classified as inside IR35. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday modules and a strong background in architecting Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Workday Platform team to define solutions.
- Work on-site in Luton two days a week and remotely for the rest of the week.
- Architect Workday solutions and design integrations with third-party systems.
- Develop Workday reporting and analytics.
- Lead solution design within the Platform Organisation.
- Deliver Solution Blueprints and design artefacts.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning.
- Experience in developing Workday reporting and analytics.
- Experience in designing integrations to/from Workday with third-party systems.
- Strong background in Workday with proven TA experience in the HR domain.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in previous engagements.
- Understanding of Architecture Review Board and Technical Design Assurance processes.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

* Must have TA experience in the HR domain and a strong Workday background.
* Must have a proven track record for architecting Workday solutions
* Must be able to quickly and independently gain control and run solution design within the Platform Organisation
* Must have demonstrated leadership skills in previous engagement(s)
* Must understand Architecture Review Board and Technical Design Assurance process and has delivered Solution Blueprints and design artefacts
